My Boy

One of the many things that I love about being Max's mommy, is that we get to spend so much time together. We have our own little language, and we've been working on our own "sign" for the word "love". I put my hand on my chest, and then my hand on Max's chest, and say "love". He'll often do this right after I do it, but the other day I had strapped him into his car seat and was getting ready to get into my seat. He made his little "Max noise", meaning that he wanted me to come back, so I leaned over (figuring he wanted to grab my jewelry, or my hand, or needed another drink from his sippy cup). When I leaned over, he put his little hand on my chest, and looked up at me and grinned. "LOVE".

I am blessed beyond belief that he is my boy.
